Method of use:
Crystals:
- Apply 1-2 pumps of the product to damp hair.
- For damaged hair 3-4 pumps
- Distribute evenly along the lengths and ends.
- No rinsing.
- You can also use it on dry hair for softness and shine.
Lotion:
- The product is applied to damp hair, before blow-drying, without rinsing.
- Normal hair: add one pump to add shine and softness.
- Dry hair: two pumps help hydrate, soften, shine and make hair easy to comb.
- Exhausted hair: with three pumps or more you concentrate the keratin and thus help strengthen the keratin bonds and stop breakage.

Tip - If your hair is damaged and breaking:
Crystals:
- If your hair is dry and breaking, apply Abel's oil whenever possible. The goal is to not let it dry out, this will stop the breakage.
- No rinsing
- You can also use it on dry hair for restoration, softness and shine.
Lotion:
If your hair is exhausted and breaking, combine the lotion with Abel's oil!
